Sample Appraisal

To protect the privacy of property owners and to comply with the many sets of regulations regarding appraisers and appraisals as far as third party disclosure is concerned we have posted a "representative" sample appraisal for your review.

This sample appraisal is a compilation of elements taken from Historical Revised Real Estate Appraisals that have been successfully used by our clients to move Loan Modification, Foreclosure Defense, and Mediation matters to desired outcomes. In addition, we have redacted any identifying information. The sample is intended to highlight specific areas that help make your case and demonstrate that the appraisal is standard in terms of forms used and basic appraisal terminology and technique.

The appraisal in conducted by a state licensed, certified real estate appraiser and is delivered in the usual manner. The appraisal includes all the elements that are usual and expected – i.e. Certificate of Non-Influence, signature stamp of the appraiser, appraisal license of appraiser and insurance certificate of appraiser.
